Delayed parcel & lack of service

On the 2nd of May 2023, a parcel was sent to myself from Moreleta Park Pretoria. As at the 4th May 2023, the parcel has been with the courier. When I track the parcel, it's still with courier. The travel time from Moreleta Park to Vanderbijlpark is about 1h 30m & Vaal Mall about 60 km from Johannesburg. The agent who assisted me this morning did not assist at all. She blatantly ignored what I was complaining about and kept pushing for "is the anything else I can assist you with". That I found to be very atrocious to sat the least.

When I asked her to assist, she told me that she cannot contact the courier who has been sitting with my parcel from the 4th May and there is no further update.
