Delayed parcel

I sent my parcel on the 21st of June 2022, to date my parcel hasn't reached its destination. I received an sms on the 22nd of June that my parcel has been picked up. Yesterday (06 July 2022) i tracked the parcel only to realize that it is still in Johannesburg. I contacted the contact centre via Whatsapp and to chat to a robot. I sent an email today only for them to tell me that they will respond after 8 working hours. All I want is for them to return my parcel and I'll use another courier company.
