Delayed parcel delivery

My parcel was dispatched on the 1st of November 2023 and it hasn't been delivered to me till today which makes it 21 days, whereby it's way past turnaround time. I have called numerous times enquiring about it and I'm being told that it will be delivered on the day I enquire on, and be pushed from pillar to post. I feel unfairly treated by this company and this is unacceptable under any circumstances. We trust PAXI with our parcels as it's a big company but they're failing to put customers needs first.
