DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Very Bad, I am so disappointed with PAXI! I have just received my delayed parcel only to find out that it was damaged. I call their agents and they say they can't assist with damages but it was their negligence how can you say you not liable for something that was paid for and was damaged by you?

I am so disappointed and will never use their service ever again.
