A parcel was dispatched using pep paxi services on the 27 September 2022.and according to the report it will take 4 to 5 days for it to be delivered to its destination However now the parcel is still not received after estimated arrival date. No proper indication wher the parcel is. Tracking sheet shows short received but receiver has not received pin details. The store is unable to assist also. This is frustrating
