Complaint on lost package

I am not happy with the service I am getting from paxi. I was supposed to receive a parcel on the 3rd of September 2025 and I haven't received it, when I call them they tell me that they'll call back in 24 hours and they never call back, Instead I have to keep calling them only to get the same response. The parcel is very crucial and needed for the health of my 10 months baby. I would really appreciate it if I could get help and receive the package this week
