Complaint!!

PAXI is such an *********** courier company with lack of customer service. It’s so disgusting one has to wait an entire week after the estimated arrival date. I have been stressed about my parcel that arrived on the 8th and it’s been on the same location since that day there’s no update and they only thing I’m told is that the have sent an email to the couriers and they have not responded and it’s been 4 days without any response from them the parcel was estimated to be delivered to the store on Monday. I’m so disgusted with this cause they are not the only courier company to utilise I regret using them cause I thought it going to be convenient for me to use them.
