Complaint

The order was due yesterday and I didn't get my order when I phoned them this morning at 10 they said it will be delivered 2dy and I just phone now again at 13:00 and the lady I spoke to her is Bantwa says she is not promising that I will be getting my order today bcz they still waiting for the quarier to reply on the email that they sent this morning.. What kind of a service is the and I've waited long for my parcel n when its due they I'm getting stories a day stories
