Complain

I’m so hurt and disappointed in their service.I used their courier services to transport my cookies/biscuits they were in a 5L bucket and 4L bucket but they got to the customer the cookies were all crumbled and the buckets were broken.I had to take my own money and compensate the customer of which is a loss to me and my business,I have pictures to proof that and to also mention that I tried to contact them through their WhatsApp number but they quickly closed the conversation without letting me talk to the consultant.please help me out
