Buffalo using Paxi sucks.

Received SMS notification 4 Oct 22. Got voice message to inform me to collect parcel 6 October. Never received pin to collect from local Pep Store. Sent numerous W-App messages and followed up with Paxi. One feeble attempt but no resolve. Parcel has since been returned. Who does one lay the blame on? Get things right or at least tend to customer concerns / problems.
