Best service ever

so there I was stressing over wether my recipient was gonna get the parcel on time or not , dialed up paxi’s customer care line , and after calling them asking them the same question over Nd over again cos I was panicking, they never gave me a bad attitude or bad remarks but they calmed me down nd reassured me that the parcel will make it on time Nd believe u me it made it right on time in fact a day earlier, thank u so much u guys...????though I can’t remember all 3 of the consultants .. thanks alot????
