Bad unreliable service

My parcel was sent last week Tuesday from Moreleta park to Brits i traced it in Joburg since last week Tuesday i fail to understand why is it there n why this long. I have used their services before and has never took so long. I tried to contact them but no answer . I really need this parcel my life depends on it. Tracking no D***
