BAD SERVICE - STAY AWAY - EXCUSES EXCUSES ALL THE TIME

Extremely livid with PAXI SA, and I will never ever recommend on anyone to use them, WORST service - STAY AWAY

A parcel dropped 27/12/2025 and delivery expected 02/01/2026 and to date still no delivery. So I decided to make contact just to find out what the hell is happening, That time we are expecting medication from CAPE TOWN to EAST LONDON, its a matter of urgency.

We paid for a quicker service 3-5 days. and is this is how PAXI does people, they must go back to the drawing board, you are robbing us. Now where must we claim for such bad service.

Furthermore, the more i try to dig out the root cause, i am told about lack of drivers and parcels not collected. Whose problem is that? Where is planning ahead??? If majority of the staff is going away of leave? Why not put things in place so not frustrate us?

I get to find out the parcel is still seating at a HUB in CAPE TOWN and the time now 15h01 (05/01/2026). I regret whoever told me about Paxi, sies!!!! WHAT A DISGRACE!!!!
