bad service received

If i can give paxi 0 stars I've would've done it. I am disgusted by the service received this morning by one of the call Centre agents for paxi. This after I did do an follow up as to how fare a package is. I will never make use of paxi again, this was the last time. Paxi need to get their house in order.
