Bad service of the century

Here's my parcel number D***, I am very disappointed with your service. I dropped my parcel on the 5th of Feb 2025 and expected delivery day was the 12th but even today (13/02/25)they have not received the goods. I'll never ever use this service provider again because my parcel's destination is 35-/+ kilometers away but they made it seem like it is going to America 🙄
