Bad service from Pep stores and Paxi

Two parcels was dropped of at Pep stores Eldorado park on the 8th of July for delivery on the 15th of July for delivery at Pep stores Belhar. As of to date the 22nd of July 2024, these parcels are still laying at Pep Eldorado park. Contacted their call centre 5 days in a row, no one gets back to you. The sender went to the store twice speaking to the store manager. Which promised her that it would be sent. Still nothing. Contacted their WhatsApp number, chatted to 3 different people. Still no joy.
