Bad service from PEP Paxi service

I bought a big bag for R119.00 and when I wanted to send my parcel today, they did not want to accept my parcel. The *****y strip to seal the bag did not work properly and I put a clear strip of over the seal to make sure the parcel is closed and will not open during fright . I dont know what the problem is or do they open bags and reseal them without you knowing . If they dont want to take my parcel I want a refund. I worked with so many courierservices before and the never hade a problem if I dubble sealed the bag with clear tape. I dont think I will ever use them again and will tell all my friend to never use their service and use a legit courier service.
