Bad service from Paxi

In June I received a message that my parcel has been picked up and I should expect it within 3 to 5 days..I then realised that June is now over and I haven't received my parcel so I decided to track it so it shows that my parcel is still with the courier I then decided to contact paxi customer service to escalate the matter ,since June they have been saying the case it has been escalated then July I received another sms saying my parcel is being delayed and it will be delivered I must expect an SMS .July passed since I've been waiting for the sms I then decided to contact paxi customer service again on the 5th of August which is today to ask about my parcel their response was that my parcel has being claimed by the sender I texted them on WhatsApp asking what sender because my sender didn't claim anything and their response was that my parcel is lost in the process I'm really not happy with Paxi..
