Bad service from Paxi

I would like to review the bad service that I have received with regards to my parcel was swapped by paxi employee ..even to day I haven't received my parcel I spent R600.00 for that parcel..it's school uniform for my grandsons that is in rural...My grandson doesn't have shoes as today's.....I don't even get up date from them
