I have phoned them 5 times already. Holding on for more than 30 min at a time. Every time they say 'sorry for the inconvenience' but thats where it stays. Seems like they dont know where my parcel is. On Friday 19 June the lady promised me that my parcel is on the truck from East London to Queesnstown and it would be delivered still on Friday. Needless to say I still dont have my parcel. When I phoned today 22 June I wanted to speak to the manager, but that did not happen. Sihle promised me that within an hour they would phone me back with news. Well an hour has come and gone....... I WILL NEVER MAKE USE OF THEIR SERVICES AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYBODY ELSE ALSO NOT TO MAKE USE OF THEIR SERVICES
