Bad service

Your message I dropped off two parcels at Pep Cell P4942 Kuilsriver Shoprite on the 30th of March with the destination being Butterworth Pep Cell Fingoland Mall P4481. I purchased the Paxi 3-5 days package, but as of today, it's been 9 days and I still haven't received my parcels. When I called Paxi, they informed me that the parcels arrived at Butterworth Pep Cell P4481 yesterday, but neither the receiver nor I received an SMS regarding the delivery. We both received the last SMS on the day I dropped off the parcels. I contacted the store, and they confirmed that the parcels had not arrived. Paxi kept promising to escalate the matter, but nothing has been done so far. I urgently need my parcels, as they were supposed to be delivered within 3-5 days. Paxi's service is very poor; they haven't even provided me with the contact details to reach the courier and inquire. Their WhatsApp system is also not helpful. I want my parcels no later than today.
