Bad service

Every time I give PAXI a second chance for the 1000 times they disappoint me.. can't you guys be like other courier companies.. my parcel was sent Saturday but its still not showing movement but a parcel i sent with another courier has arrived and it was sent on Monday.. ayy come on mann do better my parcel can't be at the same place for 4 day ayy come on mann
