Bad service

My parcel was sent out almost a month ago Until today I have not received it According to paxi they had mixed up the parcels and are now waiting to receive both parcels in order to send out the correct ones

I mean almost 2 weeks ago they said the same thing and today I get told the very same thing

The service is absolutely ridiculous It was the first time trying them out and I will never again
