Bad service

PAXI is dropping the ball. I haven't received my parcel which was supposed to take 3-5 days. The call center staff cant empathise, they just tell you the courier has not picked it up and they don't know when it will arrive. I requested to speak to a manager and he has the audacity to ask me as a customer "what do you want me to do"! This will be last time using this service..
