Bad service

I am beyond hate with what you have subjected me to, my parcel was suppose to arrive on the 15th of July but till now I haven’t received my parcel this has been the biggest inconvenience in my life because I had to cancel my Bus ticket on the 16th because I need that parcel of me to be able to go where I was suppose to be , I literally cried the whole day for the last 2 days because not only did I lose a job interview ,that matter no job for me ALL because of this company
