bad service but excellent Call handling

I would like to compliment Wandile Matha for his excellent assistance regarding my delayed parcels. It seems that issues began occurring after the new courier was introduced, and I’ve experienced several delays since then.

Wandile handled my complaint quickly and efficiently, showing grace, professionalism, and tact throughout the interaction. I truly appreciate the way he managed the situation, and I am now awaiting further feedback.
