Bad service at the Bridge pep cell

I sent a parcel on the 15th of Nov at the Bridge SC Jhb 3-5 days, but the parcel hasn't been picked up by the courier it is still in store. I called customer agent several times but they keep on telling me it's going to arrive on the estimated date. I blame The staff of pep cell the Bridge because they had an attitude even on that day.
