Bad service and disrespect

I went to Pep store in Maponya mall , the attitude that Mamosala and Nonhle gave me was appauling to say the least . Waited in line to collect my paxi parcel. When it was my turn Nonhle left me on the line and went to the floor to do whatever it was she was doing and i was standing at the counter thinking she was gonna come back .

While waiting Mamosala was on the till next to the one i was waiting at , paid no attention to me and assisted a customer that found me standing on the line and after that she called the next customer and when i made her aware that ive been standing there with no help she gave me attitude and was condescending when responding then called Nonhle back mind you Mamosala did not apologize at all . When Nonhle came she apologized and when i told her she should have asked if i was there to pay for the stuff i had on hand or paxi like she did with the other customers before me she started shouting that she apologized already and when i told her not to shout at me she responded with attitude and while assisting me she did it with attitude all along .

Then when i had to pay she referred me to Mamosala who was so disinterested and rung my goods with so much attitude and irritated facial expressions no client would accept . I have never gotten such bad service and id appreciate this to be addressed and dealt with .
