Bad service

I have sent a paxi to taba from el 6 days ago, the people to receive the parcel are moving next tuesday to free state and were to collect it latest monday wich is 9 days well there delivery i chosen was 7-9 days now it shows when i track it that the last place it was seen was at the el pep but now the status shows missing and my people are now tuesday coming no more going to be in taba
