Bad Service

Good day Hellopeter On the 05/08/2024 I have drop my paxi parcel at Pep cell store in Kenilworth, which had to take about 7-9 working days to your destination, and my parcel still didn't get to my destination and it is been over 18 days still didn't get it. Now to my customers I lost money and trust, because they had to make other means to accommodate thier service.
