BAD SERVICE

I have been expecting my parcel sent through paxi from Bushbuckridge to JHB on the 27 August 21 *D*** , chose the 3 day delivery method and till today no delivery. This is really an inconvenience because we pay for this service. Check and tell me where my parcel is!
