Bad Service

I tried calling you number but it just rings, I have sent my parcel on the 27th May using large bag for 3-5 days but the parcel has not arrived. Your whatsapp is automated and there is no assistance at all, even tried inboxing via facebook still could not be assisted. On the 10th June I called your number and I spoke with Namhla who told me if the did not arrive on that day I should wait for Friday because deliveries are done on Wednesdays and Fridays. On the 13th June my parcel was short received at pep 8118 Keiskammahoek, Monday on the 15th I called pep store and was told that the parcel is not with them. At this point I am so disappointed and frustrated by your bad service, all I want now is my parcel to be delivered and I don't think I will ever use paxi service again
