BAD SERVICE.

So it has been 12 days no updates received about my package.

I have been phoning and sending whatsapps for 12days no updates received about my parcel and no agent getting back to me.

We have used paxi before and it took only 2 days for delivery and the location was 2 hours away.

Now this was shipped from 3 hours away and still waiting 12days no update.

And what if my package is now lost or ****** who will be responsible for that?
