Bad service

I requested for a parcel to couriered from Tekkie Town using Paxi services on the 9th of December, to my suprise on the 9th of January client tells me they have never received the parcel, i go into the store and manager says parcel has never been collected by Paxi. So when i ask whose responsibility is that im moved from pillar to post. Im irritated and im tired so what Paxi says is that they will refund me with a voucher, so today i need the voucher and what to use it because i used another courier servive for the last parcel. So we call them and now the story changes THERE ARE NO VOUCHERS they were ordered in December but Paxi is still waiting. My query is being handled by Sisipho who places me on hold and says there are no managers on the floor. I have left the store again without a voucher. The service you are providing to your customers is really bad. IM ANNOYED and i want this to end and so i can move on from this madness
