Bad service

I am not happy about the service I received at pep cell in Dobsonville point today.i went to purchase a plastic for Paxi and I was assisted by Mpho who assisted even ask what it is it that I wanted to send.after packaging what I wanted to send that's when I was informed that I can't send the perfumes and It's my loss as they will not refund me with an attitude said the manager Patty.she was very rude she went on to say it's not their fault that I did not read their pamphlet that I was given after I purchased the plastic.she said I was supposed to look around and read I am really not happy at all.
