Bad Service

This Business is A **** ,very unprofessional and undermining customers.. they are full of lies as well ,you can’t contact their head office,their managers don’t want to engage with customers ,I’ve been waiting for my parcel for more than 5 weeks since the estimated delivery date,No communication,no sms no emails … If you don’t want stress or frustrations don’t use this service … very bad ,am actually upset of being upset about this company … If you want to send something just contact other courier services ,not paxi very bad ,in fact they are extremely bad . You will call them they will tell you lies ,posting something from one province to the other it’s like you posting sometime from North Africa to RSA … very bad , and they don’t care if you call or write emails .. they just don’t care .
