Bad service

On the 26th of June a parcel from Cape Town was couried utilising PAXI services which should have taken 10 days to arrive at destination which is Queenstown.

Apparently the parcel was scanned in at the store destination and however was again taken out to Krugersdorp.

It's almost nearing a month since, I am sent from pillar to post when I call for the status. The worst I was promised a senior would contact me to advise, none has ever happened.

My concern the parcel contains my license at the moment I can't drive. In a weeks time I'm expected to drive to Cape Town.
