Bad service

What a terrible service , I will never use paxi again. My brother sent me a parcel on the 11 of June and the estimation delivery date has passed I try to contact paxi but they put down the phone everytime I call them. I have logged a query online, no response. I've sent them WhatsApp and they told me that the parcel is still with the courier company l.
