Bad service

I ordered a package and it took more than 3 weeks to get to me. This company should stop advertising lies to clients and sort out their logistics and transport issues. It is disappointing to have to be told something false as to when one should be able to receive their package and it takes more than expected, more especially as a client when you have a deadline to commit to as well. I do hope this finds Paxi well and they can find better ways to deliver parcels to clients
