Bad service

I sent my parcel on the 3rd of October,expecting it to be delivered on the 10th, but unfortunately nothing happened as I did the 3-5 days option . Paxi is very useless because even their customer service is so poor. I regret it because that parcel is for my daughter’s birthday. I sent it because I was hoping that it arrives before her birthday.
