Bad Service

Hello Peter,

i need assistance with my parcel from Paxi - i am sent from pillar to post. it was couriered from Durban on the 26th and was given eta 09/07 - till today still dont have it. i'm told it is with the courier but they can't even call their own courier to find out where is my parcel. this is damaging to my business since i cannot deliver to my clients. write now even my account balance is zero. my business is stuck. i am not happy. please help,
