Bad , frustrating, uncooperative and not professional

I went to get my parcel today at Pep Dobsonville Soweto they told me that my pin is incorrect I need to call the Paxi to request another message I did call and received the new message it was still incorrect since at 9am dealing with this issue and guess what are the outcomes I didn’t get my order and I received a message that if I don’t fetch my order within 24 hours it will be returned I have never been so frustrated , disappointed and annoyed like this I mean even at Pep they didn’t even assist the cashier or till teller was very very rude and even told me am wasting her time how ? When I need service too Yoh Paxi is for the pits I don’t recommend it to anyone
