Bad experience

I'm so disappointed and frustrated with PAXI I dropped my parcel on 06/12/2025 From Cape Town to Katlehong I payed R139,99 for 3-5 days those are Christmas Clothes for my Kids💔💔they didn't have them because of Paxi the is no updates or anything I'm the one who calls them they keep saying the parcel is with Courier guy until today😡😡😡
