Bad Experience

Good day,

It has been 4 months since I have not received my parcel. I have been making calls constantly and I have not been given proper updates. I have been calling Paxi using my own air time and no one had the courtesy to call me back and give me an update on what is going with my parcel. I have been asking for a refund for this parcel since I am told stories every time I call. To date. no refund and no parcel
