Bad experience

I sent my parcel on the 4th of June the 3-5 days, supposed to be delivered on the 11 June and it was not. When I enquired I am told to wait 24 hours, after 24 hours I am now told to wait another 24-72 hours🙆🏽♀️. The call centre is giving me false promises about the parcel , one agent say different story from another. I am now going to week 3 and yet my 3-5 days parcel is still not delivered😡 yet it is still in the same province
