BAD DISGUSTING SERVICE PARCEL MISSING

I have been promised everyday for my parcel to be delivered to the receiver collection point everyday when I phone, wait for long on the calls, exhausted my airtime send emails but to date 3 WEEKS PARCEL BEING STUCK AT THEIR JOHANNESBURG WAREHOUSE. PAXI NOT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY, managers unavailable, warehouse unavailable consultants get frustrated like customers because they also can't assist me.

I send this parcel on the 05 March 2020 from Pretoria pep wonderpark to be delivered to Sunnyside Pretoria just 7km from dropp off location to collections location but IT TOOK PAXI 3 WEEKS TO KEEP IT IN THEIR WAREHOUSE.
