Bad customer service experience

Your agent doesn't have a good customer service, he cant even apologized for your bad customers service i spoke to Thlalefo, the parcel was handed over to PEP Dobsonville point on the 4th of March 2026 and its been 5 full weeks waiting for the parcel abd your agent said he will lay an enquiry and i have to call back again after 24hrs
