Bad customer service

If you want to lose money and customers use pep paxi. Bad customer service and delayed delivery of parcels, tell me why my parcel is still in one spot when I sent it on the 8th and now it’s the 15th and it hasn’t arrived? No response when we call, it’s like even the people working there are clueless. Honestly worst experience ever. You deserve zero stars.
