bad bad bad service

Were do I even begin with this company(Paxi) , The service , the misleading call center stuff who lie to poor customers who spend hundreds of rands calling their call Centre.

On the 18th of March i went Pep stores (Jabulani Mall) to request for delivery from Jabulani to Trade Route Lenasia (pep stores) as usuall was advised that turn around time would be 7-9 working days . Till this day its the 15-03-21 my parcel never reached Trade Route ( Reff # D***). Well I do understand ife there are logistics that come to affect as far as delivering is concerned , But my question is if cant get assistance with were on earth my ****** package is with your call center , or emails were should i go to get assistance? should i go to news papers ?

Al i want to know is were is my package , or atleast bring back to Jabulani mall pep stores ...ill seek alternatives ways to deliver it .
