Bad attitude

Good day, I used your courier service at Pep https://t.co/bOagVk6l1t was the first time using the service.the lady at the till,Tuddy gave me a package and asked me to proceed to the door for someone to assist me https://t.co/KZHkjDVF87 the door I was met by a not so friendly lady call https://t.co/4GV2aQgZd3 between helping me she was busy sanitising customers and packing some towel.she asked me to place my stuff in the plastic bag and seal it.when we were done sealing the plastic bag we realized that one item was hiding under the towels she was busy with.that when all hell broke loose.she told me I have to but a new plastic because it's my mistake and there was nothing she could do.I don't entirely blame her but I think the issue could have been handled differently or rather professionally.mind you it was my first time using the service and I will surely not recommend pep or paxi to anyone.
